Accessibility statement
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use Shazur.ai and reach us. We have worked to make the site accessible and keep improving it.
Conformance
The site is built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1) at Level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
What we have done
- Page language and reading direction are set in code, so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
- Everything works from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Text contrast is at least 4.5:1.
- Images that carry information, such as screenshots of results, have text descriptions. Decorative images and animations are hidden from assistive technology.
- Every contact-form field has a label, required fields are marked, and error and confirmation messages are announced to screen readers.
- The site respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting. Every page with animation also has a "Pause animations" button in the footer that stops motion and remembers your choice.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% in the browser without losing content, and the layout adapts to phones.
How we tested
Automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules on desktop and mobile, plus manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus order, form labels and pausing animations in Chrome. Last tested on 4 November 2026, on the home page, "How it works" and the statement pages, in Hebrew and English.
Known limitations
- Some screenshots are wide charts and tables. Their text descriptions summarise the main figures, not every value. Ask us and we will send the full data as text.
- The client portal (/portal/) is an internal system for existing clients and was not part of this review. If you are a client and run into difficulty, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
- WhatsApp, Google and other external services we link to are outside our control.
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible. If you find one, please tell us so we can fix it.
Accessible service
Our services are delivered remotely, by video call, phone and email. We have no office open to the public. You can ask for any adjustment that helps you use the service, such as documents in an accessible format, written rather than phone communication, or extra meeting time.

This site does not use an automatic accessibility overlay widget. The adjustments are made in the site's own code.
