ShazurPrivacy policy
This policy explains what information Shazur.ai collects, why, and what your rights are. It describes how the site actually works.
Who we are
The site is operated by Shazur.ai (Doron Sanders). For any privacy question: [email protected].
What you give us in the form
When you submit the contact form we store your full name, email and website, and, if you choose to fill them in, your phone number, a search phrase and a message. You do not have to give us anything, but without a name, email and website we cannot reply.
We also store where the enquiry came from: which page sent the form and, if you arrived from a campaign or another site, the campaign parameters (utm) or the referring site's name. We use this to see which advertising works.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and provide the service you asked about.
- To measure which marketing channels bring enquiries.
We do not sell your information or pass it to others for marketing.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Supabase: the database where enquiries are stored.
- Google: each new enquiry is sent to a Google Apps Script that emails us a notification.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site. Like any server, it processes IP addresses and technical data to serve and protect pages. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
Some of these providers process data outside Israel.
External resources on our pages
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, code libraries from jsDelivr and images from an external storage server. As with any third-party request, those providers see your IP address. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, and anything you write there is governed by WhatsApp's policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies and installs no advertising pixels. It keeps only two things in your browser: where you came from (until you close the tab), so it can be attached to your enquiry, and your choice to pause animations, if you made one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept until we delete them. We delete an enquiry when you ask, or when we no longer need it.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it.
Client portal
The client portal (/portal/) is for existing clients and uses a one-time code sent by email. Portal data is stored in Supabase.
Changes
When the site changes in a way that affects your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
